Due to the recent global situation about COVID-19, the Colombian authorities took the decision as a preventive measure to restrict all public events above 500 people in order to avoid a wider spread of the virus in the country. [Interzum Guangzhou] The SHOW 2020 has been postponed

In view of the current outbreak of pneumonia caused by a new coronavirus which originated in Hubei Province, China, the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, and the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau have issued notices to restrict mass activities, and suspend large-scale economic and trade activities province-wide, as well as halt all large-scale exhibition activities in the city of Guangzhou respectively during this period in order to safeguard the health and safety of all exhibition participants.
As a result, CIFM / interzum guangzhou, which was originally scheduled to be held in Guangzhou, China from March 28 to 31, will be postponed. For the specific dates and related arrangements, please check back for updates and further notice from the Organizer.

[INTERNATIONALE EISENWARENMESSE KÖLN ] The SHOW 2020 has been postponed

Date rescheduled for spring 2021

The INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE SHOW planned in Cologne from 1 March 2020 has been postponed to a new date in February 2021. This is how Koelnmesse is responding to the increasingly acute global situation around the recent occurrence of the coronavirus.

In addition to the countries in Asia already hit by the virus, Italy has now become the first European state affected by cases of infection. The European ministers of health are also convening in Rome today, 25 February 2020, to discuss the current situation and possible measures in response. Moreover, since the weekend, exhibitors from the tool industry have reiterated their great concern for the health of their employees.

In view of these current developments and the high share of Asian exhibitors at the HARDWARE SHOW, the management team at Koelnmesse has reassessed the current situation and set the new date in consultation with the industry.

Some 3,000 exhibitors, including around 1,200 from China, had been expected to attend the INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE SHOW, the world’s leading innovation and business platform for the hardware industry that is held every two years in Cologne. Registered exhibitors and visitors are now being notified of the postponement.

[National Hardware Show 2020] The Show will be postponed due to the COVID-19 virus.

NORWALK, CT. – March 13, 2020 – The National Hardware Show (NHS) will be postponed due to the COVID-19 virus. The Show, scheduled for May 5-7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, will remain in Las Vegas and be rescheduled for later this year.  
 
“Our number one priority is the health and safety of our exhibitors, attendees, industry partners and staff,” said Randy Field, Group Vice President, Reed Exhibitions. “While not an easy decision, after consulting our customers, closely monitoring developments and reviewing guidance from public health officials, including the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have decided it is in the best interest of all our NHS community to postpone the Show.  Our thoughts are with our customers and the industry as we navigate the days ahead.  We are looking forward to gathering with the industry and celebrating the launch of cutting-edge new products later in the year.”   
 
For 75 years, NHS has been the all-inclusive event where hardware & home improvement buyers, retailers, manufacturers and other industry leaders from around the globe come together to move their business forward in a constantly evolving industry.
